This week your child will review the stories of the Pentateuch and Historical Books and learn about the empires found in Ezra and Nehemiah.

Talk about it:

• Which 2 empires did God use as part of His rescue plan?  (Assyrian and Babylonian Empires)
• How did God use the Assyrian empire in His rescue plan?  
• What do we mean when we say the Bible is true and trustworthy?  (There are no mistakes in what the Bible teaches.)
• What did you learn about God while hearing these stories?
