Third Grade
This week your child will learn about Saul/Paul and the spreading of God's Good News. 

Talk about it:
Ask: 

• Who was Paul?  What happened to him on the road to Damascus?
• Who did the Gentiles include?  (Everyone who wasn't Jewish.)
• Why didn't the apostles talk to Gentiles?  (Because they believed that the Gentiles were "unclean" according to Jewish law.)
• God told Peter to share the good news with the Gentiles, too.  What happened when Peter went to Cornelius' house and shared the good news?  (They all became followers of Jesus and were filled with the Holy Spirit.)
• How could you spread God's Good News this week?
