Third Grade
This week your child will learn about justification, grace and faith, and discover how they can put the Good News into action.
Talk about it:
- What does the word justified mean? (To declare that someone or something is just, right or reasonable.)
- What does grace mean? (Grace is unmerited favor - being given something BETTER than what you deserve.)
- Paul's Epistles help us everyday as we put the Good News into action. How can you put the Good News into action this week?
- To have faith in God is to believe He is who He says He is and that He'll do what He says He'll do. Can you think of a time when your faith in God helped you do something hard or a little bit scary?
- At Sunday school you praised God by shouting "We praise you Jesus for justification, grace and righteousness!" Let's remember to say that together as a family this week.
