Second Grade
This week your child will learn about the inor Prophets (Hosea, Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Jonah, Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah, Haggai, Zechariah and Malachi).

Talk about it: 

• How many of the Minor Prophets can you name? (see above)
• Wht is the first book of the Minor Prophets? (Hosea)
• It is a book filled with what type of oracles?  (Judgement)
• Which prophet ended up in a fish because he didn't go to Nineveh like God asked?  (Jonah)
• Tell me about Dr. Schniffenhousen's timeline?  What did you add to the timeline today?
• Today you worshipped God by saying one of his names:  "Yahweh" or "Jehovah" or "the Lord."  Which name did you choose?  Let's pray to God together!
